Rates

Displayed rates are in Euro (€) per night per room and are subject to fluctuation and modification at any time.

Prices on the website are inclusive of all local fees and taxes but do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that all our guests take a travel insurance prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check Out

  • Check-In time is as from 11h00 to 13h00 and from17h00 t0 19h00
  • Check-out time is until 11h00

Early Check-In and Late Check Out can be arranged upon request & depending on availability.
Please contact us to pre-book any Early Check-In or Late Check Out.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment conditions are as follow:

  • 50% deposit is requested at time of booking to confirm the booking.
  • The balance is due upon check-in by cash or credit card.

Reimbursements

In the event of a refund, the relevant amount will be returned via the same route.

Any booking charges applied will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Minimum Duration of stay:

The minimum stay is one (1) day but is subject to fluctuation and modification at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Less than 7 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total amount

Note 1: Cancellation is not immediate; we will revert to the Client within 48 hours of receipt of the email requesting to cancel the booking.

Note 2: Special cancellation policy applies to special offers.

Registration form

At the time of check-in, the Client will be requested to confirm and sign the registration form. A copy of all guests passport (or ID Card) staying at the property may also be requested.

Compliance with our rules & regulations

The Client has the obligation not to disturb the neighbourhood.

The Client has the obligation to inform the Management of Shanti Ghar in case of any problem arising on the premises as soon as possible.

Compliance with occupancy description

The Client undertakes to comply strictly with the room occupancy description featured on the website in respect of the maximum number of persons that can occupy each room at any one time. A room cannot accommodate more people than what is featured on the website. (adults, children & babies included) at any one time.

Use of rooms

The room shall be for the exclusive use of the Client.

Any external guest visit shall be strictly approved by the Management of Shanti Ghar who reserve the right of admission on the premises and in the rooms. In case of external guest/s staying for the night, the Management of Shanti Ghar reserves the right to charge the Client for it.

The Client agrees and undertakes to use the room in a responsible manner. Any behavior contrary to laws, good morals and/or public order may result in management asking the Client to vacate the room and premises. In such case no compensation or reimbursement shall be made and Shanti Ghar shall also not be responsible for any damages or prejudice if any. This will be applicable automatically and as of right, without Shanti Ghar or its Management having to fulfill any judicial or extra-judicial formality.

Conciergerie Services

Our conciergerie and other local services are invoiced in Mauritian Rupees (Rs or MUR), and will be charged upon departure.

  • Low Season: 1st May to 31st August
  • Mid Season: 1st September to 19th December & 11th January to 30th April
  • Peak Season: 20th December to 10th January
